At SnapTubie.com, we value and respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used on our site without permission, please follow the procedures outlined below.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

Suppose you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content on our website infringes upon your copyright. In that case, you can submit a written notice to our designated agent (contact details below) with the following information:

  1. Authorized Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed right.
  2. Description of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
  3. Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the material you claim is infringing and needs to be removed or disabled, along with sufficient information to help us locate the material on our site.
  4. Contact Information: Your contact details, including address, telephone number, and email address, to allow us to reach you.
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy and Authority: A statement that the information provided in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed, made under penalty of perjury.

How to Submit a Counter-Notification

Suppose you believe that the material you posted on our website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification. In that case, you can submit a counter-notification to our designated agent (contact details below) with the following information:

  1. User’s Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the user.
  2. Identification of Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
  3. Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Contact Information and Consent: Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notification or their agent.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to prevent the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our site.
